I had purchased this mobile on 11th of nov-2012. Due to water my phone is not working. I had contacted _quot Sai communication akota , Vadodara Service center Person Mr. Dipak ( 9586892258) told me that service center is not responsible , damage due to water. Sir, main important thing is that there is nothing written in warranty card that Samsung service center is not responsible due to water damage. How ever Mr. dipak had not repaired my phone. so You are requested to resolve this problem. I had attached here with 1) bill,2) service center request in which they mentioned that they will not repair 3) warranty card copy where nothing written that Samsung is not responsible due to water damage.
