had purchased Samsung mobile (I9003) from mobile store mumbai on 27-jan-2012 with one year extended warranty. IMEI no. is 359930040887122 Now phone is not working so I submitted phone to mobile store on 8-nov-2013. My job sheet no. is 2489. Now after 2 month they told me you have to see mobile on Samsung authorized service centre and share the estimate with us and only approve reimbursement up to Rs.2800 max even if the estimate is more than that. What? Why mobile store is not repair my phone while phone is under extended warranty. And what is max amount Rs.2800? why should I repair my phone in Samsung authorized service centre?
