Dear sir/madam, i had puchased a samsung mobile , SAMSUNG I9082 on 25-06-13 worth Rs. 19500 from ganpati mobiles sri ram tower lucknow.invoice no 13-14/11746. in past 7 months my handset is getting repeated problems . it has bean repaired three times. its motherboard was replaced 2 months ago. from past few days my handset has again problem. i have submitted my handset at samsung service centre nirala nagar lucknow. bill no . 4167602759. every time my handset had a different problem which is causing me very much inconvenience and trouble. i contacted samsung ceo office and requested for replacement of handset., as it was a diffective handset and getting repeated problems. however the executive from samsung ceo office misbehaved and refused to do anything.

1 replacement of my handset with a new handset. 2. strict action against the samsung company for marketing defective handsets 3 compensation for wasting so much of my time and causing mental and economic resentment.
