i purchased a mobile namely samsung s4 mini on 27/12/2013 in cash.when i start to use the same,it was hanged and switched off automatically.i asked to seller then he suggest me to update the software from service centre.then i visited service centre & updated the same.after updation also,the problem remains same.then service centre issued me dead on arrival certificate for replacement.i went to the seller & request him for replacement,but he denied for replacement and did bed behaviour with me.
i want to replacement of mobile from seller and also compensate me and to punish the seller.
