Dear mam/sir This is for your kind consideration that I am Anjali Gupta r/o B-139,Kirpal Appartment, Plot no-44, Patparganj, Delhi-92. I have recently bought a Samsung S3 on 16th day of Feb,2014 for worth Rs. 25,000 (round fig) from a registerd Samsung dealer situated in V3s mall, nirman vihar. From next 10 days of my purchase, I am facing a major problem with my phone i.e. sound disturbance. The person at the other end wouldnt be able to listen what you are speaking but you can very well listen to that person. I have visited Samsung service center twice. On my very first visit they have kept my phone for 3-4 hours and then returned it assuring me that they have dealt with the problem. The very next day I have encountered the same problem and this time instead of going to the service center again, I have decided to call the customer care helpline for assistance. They, the customer care people have contacted service center team and told me to re-visit he sevice center. Thiis time service center people have kept my phone for a week’s time and gave me another phone as a stand by model. Now, my phone has again came by to square one and the sound problem has again started disturbing me. Through your forum, I am trying to seek help as the phone is unable to perform its basic function which is talking over phone. Eagerly waiting for your reply.Regards Anjali Gupta (8860135xxx)
