Hello, Iam Rohan Bhatkande from pune, I bought Samsung NP550P5C-S01IN laptop on August 06/2012. Laptop worked normally for 3 months and after that i submitted laptop to samsung service center for DVD ROM and overheating issues. Samsung service center deleted all my personal and important data without telling me or taking permission. I lost all me important data due to samsung’s negligence. I also play two games on laptop, Torchlight 2 and Assassin’s creed game. earlier both of the games didn’t had problem but after giving laptop to service center. Games isn’t running fine. My laptop has Nvidia GT 650M graphic card. according to this link http://www.notebookcheck.net/NVIDIA-GeForce-GT-650M.71887.0.html it clearly states that my laptop has gaming graphic card which Samsung engineers are denying and giving useless excuses. I have been cheated by Samsung many times so i need a refund for my dead laptop. Hope i get justice from you.

want refund of Rs 51000, it was my hard earned money and i regret i bought Samsung laptop. I will never trust Samsung in my life.
