I had purchased Samsung Galaxy S4 (Model No. GT- I9500ZWAINU) on 24th May””13 in Jaipur on the name of Vishu (my wife). Even I have bill also. And as of now even 2 months haven’t completed yet, its battery got swelled. I am not charging my phone while I slept at night. I usually charged it for 2-3 hours and it got charged in just 2-3 hours as a green light comes. Also, Even no water drops has also not affected my phone. I have contacted at Samsung service center in C scheme, Jaipur they have checked my phone but they said new battery has to purchase. Even I have called on your Toll free number (Reference no. is 8455533382) but they have said the same to purchase the battery as they can’t replaced the swelled battery. I have also mailed from Samsung Website to their customer support service, and they called me and said the same for not replacing the battery due to swelling. This is not the way to harass the customer who have purchased mobile worth more than 40,000 and still even in less than 2 months haven’t completed its battery got swelled.
I have to visit their Service Center, even called on Toll free number and even wrote mail from their website but I got harassed by them saying we dont change the swelled battery as it against our rules. You have to purchase the new battery from us on which we can give 6 months warranty.
Want a new battery to be replaced for my mobile.
