I own a samsung cellphone, which was updated using samsung authorized software provided on website of samsung.After updating the phone did not worked well, i took it to the service center mentioned above, they claimed that hardware is damaged, the phone is now dead and cannot be repairs without paying Rs. 6500. i consulted another local engineers and they guaranteed its just a software issue. i took the phone back to service center and told them the case but again they refused to check even and demanded 6,500 rs. for the same i contacted samsung ceo desk but no proper response till date.
