I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S3 GT I9300 Pebble Blue mobile phone on 19-Mar-2013. After 2 months I started getting charging problem. I went to the Nerul, Navi Mumbai Service Center. They assured me that there is a problem is your charger so they will replace my charger. But till now I have not received any charger after so many follow up. I think they are doing it intentionally. Please check complaint no. 45954/2/2012. They have done the same thing with my TV. They delayed in giving proper solution for my defective TV and finally it is now out of warranty with the defect.
I am unable to use my phone. Most of the time it is switched off. I miss so many calls as my is switched off. I can’t surf or play games, as it sucks more battery power. To keep it charged every time I have to borrow charger from different people. Its so embarrassing.
I want the charger asap. At the same time they should give me a proper compensation for the hurdles I am facing for last more than one month.
