Samsung – Poor Battery Backup – Review

I have a mobile handset ,Samsung Galaxy core(bought on 9-8-13). Since the last 3 months I have been suffering from poor battery backup. Even after visiting the service centre repeatedly(over 12 time) till date my problem remains unsolved. The service centre in no way have coordinated with me in any sense. I have repeatedly written mails to Samsung on their complain portal and they too have in no sense helped me out. Being a student it has been a very difficult and frustrating job for me. The service centre authorities in all sense have failed to solve my issues. I feel the problem can not be solved and so as the Samsung authorities are not looking forward for providing a refund they are harassing me in such a cheap fashion. Waiting for your kind coordination.

As the problem could not be solved even after their best efforts i will look forward for a refund
