I bought an Samsung printer in end April 2013 after using it for few days it started giving me trouble after putting a complaint on Samsung service centre one service engineer came and told me there is some parts to be replaced and that problem will be rectified with in 3-4 days after 4 days he came replaced that part and showed me that its working well. very next day I had faced same problem of paper jamming and wrinkles on paper same service engineer came and after doing some thing with my printer he requested me sir please make an call on customer care and cancel this complaint else I will be in trouble on human ground I had taken his request and taken my complaint back after using it for three four days again same problem happened then I again made a call to customer care same service engineer came he told now again some part is suppose to get replaced and this will take again 5 days after 7-8 days when no body responded I called up customer care after three days from that date some body called me and said we will get that part in 2 days again the problem was same no body contacted me than I called up customer care and asked them to replace this unit since I am facing lot of problem they diverted me to service centre and service centre again back to customer care even the supervisor of customer service team was found very arrogant he used word like “sir kisko phone ghuma rahe ho” when I asked him to be on hold and I was trying to make call to service centre manager” then I approached to Mail to CEO option Given on Samsung web site and they came up with the same reply that now part is available we will come and replace
