I brought a new mobile make samsung galaxy Grand on dated 8th Oct 2013, vide bill no : FM/03/773/13-14 amounting Rs 15,200/- in exchange of my old mobile. after purchasing the handset while i have started using i found that the set making automatic dialing with out touch and also applications are opening and closing automatically.on 15th October i have the visited the shop and complaint about the same and they explain it was due to virus infection and for that i have to buy a antivirus package from them by paying 700/- more which i simply denied and force them to replace the handset but they talk rudely and said that its not possible to replace it as i have to report the fault to them within 24 hour after buying it.but after a long argument they said its may be due to software error and they format the mobile and handed me back i came back home and after few hour i found the same problem again and i was confused what to do then i install an antivirus software online but found that the same prob still not resolved and then i again visited the shop with my friends and asked them to replace it as its a manufacturing defects set but they refuse to accept it and said i need to format my set form a authorized service center then it will work perfectly. on dated 22nd ocotober 2013 i have visited samgsung authorised service center Devine Electro Solution and show them my set they said some prob there in the touch screen which might need to be repaied and also informed me that if i visited them with in 7 days from the date of buying then they can replace the handset but now as 7 days over they will repair it and handover to me . then i have realised that i have been cheated by the mobile shop who misguided me about the fault and also telling lie that the set can only be replaced if fault will bring to their notice with in 24 hour after buying and now i have given the set to the service center for repairing but the fact is now i have brought a new set but because of their fault its into repairing but its a manufacturing defects sets and the shopkeeper most give me a new handset
I need a strong action against the shop keeper to misguide me and also selling of defective handsets and also not handle the matter while i report the fault rather try to extract more money by forcing me to buy antivirus package I need a new handset rather the repaired one as the fault is from their side
