Samsung – Three times disputes my mobile within warrenty period.

I purchased Samsung mobile (IMEI No:357262048902071) on 27th Oct 12. End of June 2013 I found charging problem in my mobile and I visited Sumsung service centre. This problem was solved but new problem (SIM Switching) started. Again I visited the same service centre. Now This problem solved and now my mobile is not starting (it is switched off). So I again visited the centre.

I want a new mobile phone replacing this one.
