I bought a new i10 car with registration no MH12KJ2771 in Nov 2013 from Sanjay Hyundai Pune. Even though i was not too keen to buy a new car at that time, your dealer insisted saying that a scheme of exchange bonus of 20k was going on and it was valid for another 1 week only. I went ahead and bought i10 and sold my old car. All the documents asked by the dealer for Exchange bonus were submitted within 45 days, except for RC of new car which i received just a week back. Now the dealer is saying they cannot process my request as i am delayed in submitting the RC. Every week i have been visiting RTO office for the RC and i have been updating about the status to your dealer. I feel cheated when i am not given my Exchange bonus which was the sole reason for me to buy a new car. The dealer is aware of the process and time it takes in getting RCs in Pune, which is not within the hands of the consumers. I registered a complaint 1-726673410 on this matter with Hyundai but they ignored my case and are not giving my money back.
