I purchased Furniture from Sarna Furniture on my marriage, the furniture delivered was zoo sub quality, that the it has started getting break in time of less than 4 month after purchase. We have been following up with the Shop keeper from soo long, to get this furniture changes or repair, however he is not at all responding us properly and not even bothered to check the condition of same. The Furniture got delivered on 23 D Tilak Bridge Railway colony, behind Pragati Maidan metro station New Delhi 1 on 4th December 2012, the payment of furniture was cleared on 2nd December 2012. The shop Keeper promised to give us bill for our purchase on delivery, however he didn’t give us any, and not even ready to give it now.
The Condition of furniture delivered is getting worse day by day, even after soo many follow up on phone and through personal visit, there s no response from shop keeper.He is niether ready to accept that furniture deliver is of sub quality nor ready to get it checked and repaired. The total costing of Furniture was Rs 32000. Which is total loss for us
Get the furniture replaced.
