1. I went to Satyam Cineplex, Patel Nagar, New Delhi on 1st Jan 2014 2. Bought 2 tickets of Dhoom 3 with serial numbers 23/053029 and 23/053030 3. At the frisking point I was told that I can’t take the camera with me 4. Also I was told that they don’t have a facility for safe keeping of items like other cinemas 5. Then I requested the customer care person sitting at the extreme right window to refund the ticket, he looked at me as if I was the first person to ask to such 6. Then he went inside and come out with a fat lady (sorry for this, I don’t have her name) looking like a manager in her suit, by this time 15 minutes of my movie has been passed 7. She refused for the refund 8. Her arrogant attitude was such as if I was asking something from her pocket, and that they are doing a favour to the people by running the cineplex 9. Finally neither I was allowed to view the movie, nor my money was refunded 10. Then I instantly mailed the facts to info@satyamcineplexes.com 11. Reminders was sent to info@satyamcineplexes.com on 2nd and 3rd Jan 2014 12. Then I escalated the issue to jayat.paul@satyamcineplexes.com, munish@satyamcineplexes.com, hr@satyamcineplexes.com, abhishek@satyamcineplexes.com 13.
