Savaari Car – Taken advance amount no service

Dear Sir I booked 2 cabs with Savaari Car rentals for 16th June from P. Vihar to Delhi Airport , Reporting time 4:15 am for which I paid money in advance. On 16th june i received a call from 1 cab driver that he has started from pitampura delhi which means he was expected to arrive by 4:15 easily but shockingly he did not reached and then I tried to call around 30 times but continuously not reachable, I tried to check the status of another cab that cab also not reached. I had a flight at 6:15 which means i had to report 5:15 am at airport but till 5 am none of cab reached to me. Meanwhile I kept on calling their 24×7 helpline which i could connect only once and got assurance that soon i will get the cab but again no show… After that somehow i managed to hire some cabs by paying huge amount. But my family got suffered a lot. Now already 11 days passed but no reply from Savaari on my email complaints. When I complained on helpline they just told me that we can refund your money and will give you one complementary airport pick up. This is very very shocking. as whatever money they will refund me that is my money which i paid in advance for some service and they failed to fulfil their commitment and offer for complementary drop is worth Rs. 299. Does that mean that whatever harassment me and my family faced is worth Rs. 299 and the money I paid for hiring emergency Cabs. This is sheer example of ignoring customer service and harassment.
