SBI ATM Pin Asked Posing as Bank Officer

It is come to your notice for kind attention and further investigation that on 13.05.2014, at about 08.30 hours in morning a fake call was received from mobile No +918790711595 to my personal mobile No. 99682003XX. The following conversation was held in between the person using mobile No 08790711595 and me. (1) He told me that You are speaking Yogendra Singh Chaudhary and your account is in SBI Rail bhavan. I told in affirmative. (2) In reply of my question he told me that I am speaking from SBI Jaipur but he did not told his name. (3) He further told me that we are withholding all facilities of ATM cards and Bank accounts from today to own wards till verification. There fore ATM and bank account, verification is mandatory. (4) In this connection he come to know the following information. (i) 16 digit ATM number, My Bank Account no (10083432190), mobile No who is connected from bank accounts, AADHAR and PIN number. (ii) Before asking information mentioned in itom No (i) he told me that my new PIN No is 3320 and my registration no. of verification is 000……………….. He advised me that I can change my new PIN no as and when required. (5) A message was received from so called SBI side i.e. as under; Message from SBI payment Gateway. OTP for 3D Secure registration is 044875. Received: May 13. (6) He insisted me to tell him my PIN No presently in use. (7) Long discussion was held in between me and him. (8) After talking some times, he told that SBI generated a new registration (044875) through SMS. As per his instructions I told him the same. (9) When again and again he insisted me to told PIN no. to him than, I disconnected the phone. (10) After a gap of 2-3 minutes, he again call me and ask me to tell PIN no. (11) When I Refused to tell PIN no. than he tried to introduced the new tactic. He told me to write the following calculation; 2222+6220+Currently using PIN No.= TOTAL He asked me to tell the SUM of above figures but I refused. (12) He told that if I will not tell him my PIN no., than the process of verification will not be completed and resultant of this my ATM and bank account will not be activated and bank will be compel to freeze ATM and Bank accounts and thus I will not be unable to with draw money up to four months and balance laid down in my accounts will be transferred in Government. (13) He try to miss guided me at all level so that I tell him PIN no. (14) He talked me about 25-30 minutes in 4 slabs. In the second slab he talked me about 8-9 minutes which is recorded by me.
