in april 2008 representative of sbi card visited my office in bharat petroleum noida and issued me a card with this assurance that the card is issued life time free and there are no other hidden charges. on receipt i was informed that some insurance is linked to the card and i have to take it. on hearing this i immediately requested sbi card deptt for cancellation of the same and confirmation to the same was received with no dues on 4th june 2008. suddenly to my surprise i started receiving statements giving details of some purchases by me although i had never used the card. on taking up the matter with customer care as per names mentioned above promises were given that nothing is payable by me and no further statement of account/dues will be sent. since then the sbi card deptt is harassing me by making calls on my phone. some of the representatives who visited me have also been provided with copy of the no dues letter from sbi card.

my name to be removed from civil and account be closed with no payments.
