The above named person from the above landline number called saying we are calling from sbi.He said you are offered free gold card and for that card you get acomplimentary gift from IHO.Got all card details and debited rs.8000 from the card.He said the amount will be reversed when u get the bill. I got tensed and called upon the bank,they said there is no such offers and said its fraud.I requested for reversal,but they said its not possible.They said to fill trasaction detail form and send online.

This has caused unnecessary anxeity and waste of my mobile usage deduction from my prepaid account.

Kindly take immediate action about these frauds and i want the sbi bank to reverse my amount of rs.8000.And form srtict rules to the bankers not to give any client phone details and others.Thanks
