Applicant Hirrannya D V , Education loan for overseas study, Bank SBI ,Kasturba nagar branch,Adyar, Engineer’s name- Mr.Gopalan I have applied for education loan for my daughter to study in Australia. I have submitted all documents to the bank as required by them. but later i was told that construction agreement was missing n i agreed to get it from the builder who was out of station when the engineer contacted me on the 12th of july 13. I asked for some time as i am the only person running around n i need to wait till the concerned person is back in station to hand over the agreement to me, i contacted the engineer to tell him the document will be ready on the 23rd july’13 for his verification. he was very roude and threatened to return back the documents to the bank with a complaint that i am not co operating with him. please help me out of this situation.i need the education loan for my daughter.i promise i am a genuine co- applicant. this kind of behaviour is not customer friendly.
