On 22.06.2013, I went to “SECOND ATM” Bilekahalli branch of SBI, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore for withdrawing of Rs 7000.Money was not dispatched but amount was debited from my account I would bring to your notice the following points. 1) It is obvious that my ATM card was blocked on that day or there must be some technical fault because of the following reasons. In the early morning on 22.06.13, I first went to the SBI bank in JP Nagar 4th Phase,Bangalore where the bank staff was unable to withdraw cash from my account. He said that there must be some problem with my ATM card.Later I was told by my parent bank at Kolkata(Rajpur branch) that this might happen due to Non submission of KYC on time. Having refusal money at JP Nagar 4th phase, I had visited the SBI ATM at Bilekahalli on the same day 2) When I went to withdraw money from ATM Kiosk, on inserting my ATM card in the slot, suddenly the machine screen had become dark for few seconds. When the screen regained to its normal state I got a withdraw receipt that money has been debited.Normally money comes out of ATM machine first and then receipt .But in this case ATM did not release any money at all.I would like to bring this to your notice about why the ATM machine turned dark in the middle and requires proper investigation. Due to erroneous transaction of 7000 rupees, I registered a complaint at toll free number and later contacted my parent bank at Rajpur and also Kolkata head office simultaneously. But all of my complaint were closed without addressing them.If money was dispatched then why I did not receive them from the machine when I waited for 5 mins I have submitted a written complaint about the above fact to the MICO layout police station for obtaining the CCTV Footage to confirm the fact that money was not dispatched because of faulty transaction and bank should take full responsibility to return back my money. I doubt the bank’s statement that the transaction is successful.Only the CCTV footage could reflect the actual facts. I went from my parent bank to Kolkata head office multiple times. Also I went to the bank in Bilekahalli beside the ATM where the incident had happened many times but nobody cares. I am hereby attaching scanned copies of my representation to the Assistant general Manager, Kolkata Head office. The details are as follows Debit card no-6220180145100061871 Account number – 30058185650 Branch code – 01451 Txn Id – 1147 Transaction date – 22-06-2013 ATM ID – S10K004407002 Txn Amount – 7000 Dispensed amount – 0
