I recently moved my stuff from Faridabad to Melbourne through Sea Air Cargo. Very disappointed to say that whatever was claimed about the services was totally false. I got a big shock when I reached airport to get my things cleared. There was a huge difference between the weight that was charged to me and the actual shipment weight. This way I was charged almost double than what the Airlines have charged to the Cargo services. On top of it and to my utter dissatisfaction more than 50% of the things have reached in 100% damaged condition. Things turned worse when the executive with whom we were dealing, Mr Vaibhav Tripathi, stopped picking our calls. We already knew that we have been cheated in a big way.

We want that we should get reimbursed for the excess cost that has been charged and also the cost of damage that has happen
