SEBI – unethical business practice of Proctor and Gample ltd,

Refer to SEBI complaint ref. SEBIE/MH12/0008576/1 dated 06 Dec 2012. (PDF file attached) SEBI directed to contact MCA., for further investigation. It is intimated that , I have raised my observation on unethical business practice of Proctor and Gample ltd, and sought for clarification/investigation, which could attract loss to Investor, in tune of Crores. The main issue is: major flaws in product sample distribution system by PG. I have issued detailed email with facts and figures for their review and taking up the case in AGM scheduled on 6 Dec 2012, as a precautionary measure, to ensure no such SCAM and No loss to the Investor. However,my emails are neither acknowledged by their registrar and as well we PG Investor relation nor any action has been initiated as on date. In view of the above, I am bringing this issue to the knowledge of SCORES, as the suspected activity of product sample is worth of appx. 30 Cr. (2817193 samples, i.e. Rs 850 per 5 samples, as claimed by PG in their webpage) I expect a point by point clarification from PG on my email dated 04 Dec 2012 to confirm the system adopted by PG is intact genuine and no loss to the investor. Please also ensure no SCAM in Proctor and Gamble ltd., to evade income tax and other applicable loss of benefits to government treasury. The copy of email to PG dated 06 Dec 2012 for action is also enclosed. (PDF file enclosed) The reply from PG is not received till date.
