Dear sir,

I had purchased one big super model of STEAMAKE(Duteous Appliances,9E,RoyBahadur Road,Behala,Kol-34) on 30.06.06.I booked it in ICE Scating fair where they commited that warranty will be for 10 years.1st year it will be free of cost and 2nd year onwards it will be repaired in chargable basis.But when installed they had written warranty as one year only.We could not do anything as booking already was done.

2nd year onwards we had to complain lot of times and they repaired with charge of Rs 100/150.

But recently we logged one complain and they attended after 25 days and taken the base to repair.They called after 5 days and informed we have to buy a new base as the base is not repairable at the cost of Rs.1500.

Please help me.
