Although ISD calling services are activated on phone without any security deposits, but after refusing by customer care deptt security deposit of INR 1000, deposited in Vodaphone store on 15th Oct’11 services not started till 7th Nov, and customer care is refusing to generate complaint on this matter and money is also not showing in account, vodaphone store person where money is deposited is also not cooperative, and the same with complaint deptt 198 they are also not giving any proper response,please resolve this complaint so that i can use the services without any interuption.
