To the concerned team , This is to bring to your attention the problems faces at one of the shell station Issue happened on 23rd evening 18:30 I was going out of station travelling to Hubli and thought of filling up at the above mentioned station so i asked the person at the filling point to do a full tank of petrol which he obliged ad asked me to open the bonnet for inspection , i agreed the mechanic said there is very less oil and asked me when is the service due , i said its already due and i have to get the vehicle serviced a the authorized service center , however as informed by the mechanic its was not good to travel long distance without adequate oil and i agreed to change the oil , as he convinced me to not to TOP up but change the oil , i asked him if its SYNTHETIC oil which will be filled and the guy acknowledged that its synthetic and told me its 475 rupees per liter , i said i am in a hurry and how much time it will take he said it will take 10 minutes only so i agreed to change the oil . However when the vehicle was raised on the inspection ramp and the existing oil drained out I asked the mechanic to check and reconfirm if he is filling SYNTHETIC oil , That is where the whole problem starts he NOW says this is not SYNTHETIC oil but this is SEMI SYNTHETIC , When i had conveyed at the petrol filling point that i only give the Car for service at the Authorized service station and the Car manufacturer only fills in SYNTHETIC oil , only after being told that its SYNTHETIC and the price mentioned for it i agreed to change the oil . However NOW i am being told that for SYNTHETIC I have to pay EXTRA money as its is expensive 1200 rs per liter for pure SYNTHETIC , which is higher than the price I pay for the OIL at the Authorized Honda Show room , (900) per liter which if the guy at the filling point had informed me correctly I would never have agreed for the Oil change . NOW coming to the FACTS being mentioned out clear , MY points 1) I Was travelling out station and and arguing further would delay my schedule .

The car already was ramped and existing oil was drained out to the waste oil collecting container I had no option but to fill up oil at the station. I told the responsible people at the station pump , if I was in formed correctly , i would not have agreed to change the oil in the first place. Upon arguing further the concerned people agreed that this was a communication problem and i was offered the price for filling up for 1100 per liter of synthetic oil. Since i was in a hurry and was left with no other option i agreed for this OIL was filled i was not shown the seal being intact on the filling can but made sure this was SHELL SYNTHETIC 3.5 liters of oil was filled I was charged for the price as below the first one below is for the Petrol filled in the CAR KA 03 MP 5293 and the next entry is for the oil change Where as i should have been charged for only rupees 3850 for 3.5 liters of oil 23/01/2017

Since i was in a hurry and was already late by an hour just because of the above events gave my Credit card for swiping Requesting your kind assistance in reversing the extra amount paid in terms of credit , OR please advise me how to proceed further with this , I have been a loyal SHELL customer and I hope i wont be disappointed Looking forward for your prompt attention and re reimbursement
