Dear Sir, On 5-01-2014, we sent Bajaj Pulsar 150, two boxes containing books and a Helmet via Sheoran Packers and Movers to Pune. We paid a total of Rs 10112 including an amount of Rs 150 as transit insurance. First of all the company failed to deliver the articles at the designated place, causing extreme inconvenience to us. Secondly, they caused extensive damage to the bike which includes the mud guard, side flanks and the lamp assembly. Finally, the company also stole some articles including the expensive books, front tyre, mirrors and the helmet. Despite the transit insurance, the company is not willing to compensate us for the incurred damages and incompetent services.

We would like the company to pay for the damages, stolen goods and the inconvenience it brought us.
