Shineshoppinghub.in contacted me on mobile and told about their offer. Based on that I had visited their site “shineshoppinghub.in” and ordered a Sony hard disk 1 Tb, Printer, Headphone N72 and i-ball webcam . I have paid an amount of Rs 12537 by SBI Debit Card through their payment gateway EBS. The order no. is 22403 dated 8 Sep 14. While ordering it was tods that I will get one gift, out of four alongwith the order. After receiving the money they told me that you have won Samsung Grand 2. There was an option to change the gift to any of the four gifts as mentioned. The amount was paid in two transactions as Rs. 4099 through debit card, Order No 22403 dated 8 sep 14 and Rs.8438 bySBI debit card, Order No 22201 dated 9 Sep 14. There was no response from them for about 10 days despite repeated attempts. On 10 they said that the consignment has been despatched through Overnite express and gave a docket number 8040962693. However, on contacting overnite express, it is understood that the consignment is addressed to someone else and diliver in dec 2013 after that again i am calling to shineshoppinghub then its giving me another docket no-8046290265 this is also deliverd with the name of Ajay chaurasia in aurangabad. then we are trying to many call but he is not responding we we call from new no. then respond and after asking about dilevery he disconnect the call. There is no response from shopping company. I request your kind help to resolve the issue
