ShopClues.com – damaged product

I want to complain against 1. Shopclues.com and 2. First flight courier services. I had ordered a 3 burner stove order no. 4688097 which I received in a broken state on 15th July 2013. Now I am unable to get a refund because they are saying that my address is not serviceable and cannot pick the damaged product they sent me. 1. They said that I had received the product on 8 july whereas I received it only on 15th. 2. Since they sent that product at the given address how can they say that it is unserviceable. 3. Furthermore I m willing to go to the courier office from where I had received and drop the product for sending and had asked for them to arrange the pickup from the office itself. 4. I had asked if I have to send it myself then the courier person said that I have to spend rs 1555. I will get only a maximum of rs 300 in its refund from the shopclues which I think is not fair. I have written this mail expecting your kind help in this matter. I shall remain forever thankful towards your gratefulness. Tshering doma Gangtok.
