I’d purchased an umbrella (Beast BT101-1718 Umbrella With Automatic Folding, Code: 517317) from shopclues.com on 15/6/2013. they delivered me the product on 19/6/13. but while opening the package, the product is not the one i ordered. Its a local umbrella with different brand, color, and everything different. and while i try to complaint them by calling their customer care no, they didn’t attend my call at any time. I lost my money. so I need my money back and also to take action against that worst site- “shopclues.com”

I demand refund of my money with a penalty return.
