On 22nd October 2014 at 11:10 PM IST(GMT+5:30) I’ve placed an order for “Bose AE2 audio Headphones (Black)” on www.shopclues.com bearing order number:24360515. Delivery estimate was 30th October 2014. However, I did not receive the product as assured on the www.shopclues.com portal.
On 01-OCT-2014 around 11:00 AM, I’ve got a call from Mr. Vishal, who is the vendor/seller at shopclues.com informing that the ordered product(Bose AE2 Headset) is not available and he has offered for an alternative product. I have denied the offer and requested him to cancel my order and refund my full money, however, Mr. Vishal denied to cancel order at his end citing that if he cancels order on his end due to lack of stock, he would need to pay a fine. Further, he has advised me to contact shopclues.com customer care and cancel the order to avoid fine on him. I have tried to call the shopclues.com customer are at:+91 0124-4414xxx, but customer care phone number was not working. Further, I’ve called to Mr. Vishal and informed to him that customer care phone number is not working and requested him to cancel order and initiate refund, again he denied and after requesting several times, he has agreed to cancel the order on 1st October 2014 around 1:00 PM. But no action was taken.
