recently i placed one order, which was failed at shopclues side. site asked to reorder the same as my order was failed. i checked the bank account and found transaction is not placed, same was reflected in shopclues site till yesterday. today all of sudden they start shipping the same order and also ask bank to deduct amount from my bank. i have ask bank to cancel this duplicat transaction as well as also shopclues for the same. however shopcluees has been doing similar things again and again, in previous experience they shown a price however when i order they charged me double. this site is a fraud and being us based cheating indians

cancellation of transaction, insurity that site will not do the same to other buyers and also replacement of damaged items
