Hii i want to make a complaint against shopclues i have ordered samsung charger it was shown there that its original charger but its not original as it was not working when i went to service center they told its not original i want my refund as i am out of station i am not able to make replacement please help me in getting my money back …. my order number is 49730427 and i have complained regarding this issue at shopclues on 27 of may till now i have not got my refund they have said the they will pick up the product and initiate the refund but till now pickup is also not done neither i got my refund please help me in getting my money back.
