i am filing this complaint against one of the E-commerce sites”Shopclues.com”. I have ordered the Earphones”SKULLCANDY FULL METAL JACKET FMJ 11MM IN Ear EARBUDS” from the link from the link “http://www.shopclues.com/skullcandy-with-mic-full-metal-jacket-earphone.html”. But when I received the product that product was loose and was not having skullcandy covering also the sound quality was very bad. When I contacted the customer support of the site on “5th-Mar-2014” they informed me that it is not the original product .Thus I dropped them a mail regarding the confirmation of the same on 6th mar 2014 .I got the mail reply on 7th Mar 2014 from them stating that this product is 100% genuine and of standard quality.On the same day I replied them back with mail that I will contact Skullcandy Incorporation for knowing the genuiness of the product then again I recieved the mail from Shopclues on “8th -Mar-2014” stating that the delivered product is 100% genuine. Now question arises If the product the product is 100% genuine of Skullcandy then why the packing of Skullcandy was missing on the product and also why the delivered product is different form that of depicted in the pic of the shopclues website. This all point out at the Serious issue of Piracy also at the bottom of the product in the website it was written that it is not the original product.How can the duplicate product of a such a famous brands can be sold like this. Moreover the product which I have received is having the same logo as off skullcandy. This is also causing serious damage to the brand image of Skullcandy. Please look at the issue . Waiting for your reply…….

I want the original product which I have ordered should be delivered to me asap.And RS 10000 Compensation for the humiliation I have suffered.
