i buyed a battery for tablet(micromax funbook alpha p205), but sir this battery is defective and wrong colored…and as shopclues ’10 days return policy’ they have to return and refund it back…but they are saying we’ve provided you same product..but this is not true..i have images of product and bill.

sir, i want to return this battery…and want my money back. but they are saying they can not help me. sir please help me.
