i ordered a product on Oct 20, 2014 on shopclues.com and paid using debit card. the website sent me an e-mail on 22nd Oct saying that my product has been shipped. i again received the same email on Oct 31 in which the estimated delivery date was said to be 30-31 Oct. after that there was no correspondence. the product hadn’t reached me till today. my order no. is 24170897. it was being delivered by bluedart but when i tracked it by its tracking no. 69187265980, the courier company’s website says “Network Delay, Will Impact Delivery dated 3 Nov,2014”. i tried to contact shopclues on their phone no. but nobody picks up. i’m still waiting for my product..

i want the website to deliver my order at the earliest or pay back my money alongwith legible compensation for causing me trouble.
