I ordered a Toshiba Hayabusa 8GB Pen Drive from shopclues.com on 29th September, 2013. Shopclues gave me an invalid tracking number 69038123582 (bluedart). I have not received the item and the tracking number is invalid as per bluedart. When I ask for a refund, shopclues is saying the item is shipped but they are not able to provide me a valid shipment number.

I lost Rs 298/- I paid for the item plus shipment

Refund of my Rs 298/-. Also, prevent them from looting other Indians
