I ordered for mosquito repellent cream on 27th April. After few days they provided me with shipping number of Madhur courier with site address to track this. When I checked on courier website it showed me invalid tracking id. I tried multiple times and got same message. Then I checked with shopclues, after sometime they mentioned that product is delivered. When I ask for POD ( Proof of delivery ) and shipment trail, they are not providing me that. More than 15 days have been passed, but I have not received product nor my money. Please look into this

I lost my order values amounting to 70 RS, In calls and mails to shopclues mentally I got disturbed and frustrated. No one is listening in shopclues, every support staff gives a pre-typed response just by changing order id and in some cases name.
