I bought 2 products from Shopclus. In which Air Compressor is not working properly, i also registered complaint and they said we will return pickup the product but till now it’s been month, the pickup is not been arranged, just received call from the service provider and received msg everyday that the pickup will arrange today. I called them today i found out that the complaint is closed and you said that i don’t want the product to be returned but i never told this and i am waiting for the pickup. Another product is Ab slimming sauna belt – The picture displayed on webpage is not the same what they delivered and for that also they are not responding

Air Compressor – Compressor is Working but the gauge (reading meter on the top) is not working. I sent them video also. Ad slimming Sauna Belt – The product is not the same what displayed on webpage. On webpage it’s written “Velform Sauna Belt” but i received any local fake one that is “Micra ab slimming” I attached pictures for your information.

I want the exact working products or Full refund, They are just wasting my time. The products are not that expensive and i think i spent double on the phone calls. Please also just make them a serious note about the service, it’s totally 0.
