Reg Order # 6208167 dated 24th Aug 2013 Product bought Portable Laptop Stand Foldable eTable With 2 USB Cooling Fans Notebook. Issue : Product received is of very low quality, thought their product description says it can handle upto 25 kgs, in reality it sags with my 3 kg laptop and when i try to use the keyboard of my laptop it shakes. I requested for return within 10 days of delivery as per their return policy, however they are refusing to take it back and refund my money. Product description Specifications :- extra-strong and sturdy, max loading 25kgs. Multi-function notebook table could be used as a portable laptop table, laptop holder, bed table, reading table and many more. Suitable for car and traveling purpose. I have numerous request with them via email and phone to take the product back as per their return policy but they are refusing it. I even tried reaching out to their grievence officer as mentioned on their website at grievance@shopclues.com but they are not responding inspite of me sending 3 reminders

Product Cost + INR 350 + compensation for my time spent with their call center (31 hrs) + compensation for harassment and cheating caused
