I had purchase memory card – order number 7888835 on 22-10-2013. . Product was not delivered after multiple follow-up calls. I made more than 6-7 complaints. There is no proper response for product delivery. Some logged ticket number are 567779 on Nov 21 , 567781 , 542615 .

Need the product delivery and 10,000/- penalty to shop clues , so that they will deliver all product with customer satisfaction.
