ShopClues.Com Refund Not Received

I was ordered (order no.11713979)Samsung Note 3 mobile of Rs.15799/- on 03/03/2014 from shopclues .com. But before delivering the product I have sent a mail to customer care regarding cancelling the order, because I found that the mobile which I have ordered is duplicate of samsung. Then I received a reply by Minakshi Yadav (customer care) on the same day, She said that “Based on your concern, we would like to inform you that we have forwarded your request for cancellation to our fulfilment team kindly allow us some time”. The product which I received has manufacturing defect and also not given necessary accessories (charger, battery, headphone). I complaint to merchant as well as shopclues and also requested for return and refund. But no response for long time and also not opened the link for return request in website even I have contacted many times to customer care. On 08 Apr 2014, return request link was open then I logged return request and requesting for refund. The product is returned but they again send me the same product on 28 Apr 2014. This time the product is dead (even not switching on). I have complaint many times to customer care through mails as well as calls. But they are not doing anything. They told me to go to service center (which is in Gwalior). Why I should go to service center when I don’t need the duplicate product, and when I already requested to cancel my order prior to deliver the product.

I have paid Rs.15799/- on 03/03/2014. I have called many times to customer care and also Merchant who is in Gwalior (M.P.). I am following this issue from last 2+ months. I am disturbed regarding this.

I need my money i.e. Rs. 15799/- with credit card interest (which is 42% per annum )at the earliest.
