I purchased a desktop computer from shopclues.com on 31st august 2013 payment done by credit card. But on 10th september they cancelled my order giving reason that they dont have the product available and they have refunded my money, but till today i have not got my refund in my credit card. my order no was 6442323. please help me get my refund and compensation for late refund. please i am in trouble help me out

i want compensation from Shop clues .com For harrasing me by not refunding my money. I want atleast 10000rs as a compensation.
