sir, i have purchase a product ( cutlery set – set of 24 pcs) from shopclues.com. images and description shown in the site which i purchased is totally different with the product i received. i purchased online above m/n product vide order no. 20914211 on 21 sep 2014 and made payment through net banking. i received the item on 29 sep 14, i shocked when i see that product its totally different and i launch a return request no.477817 on 30 sep 2014 after that i have upload images of received product against return request no. 477817. i called so many times to contact shopclues. max time its customer care no. is to busy, when the call connect with shopclues representative i was instructed that you have received right product which u are ordered. images of items are attached here with. kindly justice against this issue.
