I had ordered 42″ LED TV from shopclues.com and my order no is 28330745. On 11/12/2014 it got delivered i opened the tv box i didn’t find remote control, warranty card and manual of the LED TV.on the same day 11/12/2014 i had filed return request(Return request id-667761) and also spoken to customer care after filing return request.They told me that my problem would be resolved within 24-48 hours.but after 7 days of filing complaint the status is still same and they have not provided me any kind of resolution to the problem.in the period of 7 days i have spoken so many times(around 10 times) to customer care and each time they had given new time period(another 24-48 hours) to solve my issue.i want you to interfere in this matter so that shopclues may refund my amount or provide proper resolution

I need replacement of tv else I need missising items of the tv ie.tv remote control,manual and warranty card.
