I through online purchased a Sony Power Bank 1000mah from shop clues.com for Rs.798/-on 29-3-2015 under order no.44108795 and on delivery I found that the product is defective and I requested for the return. The product is picked up and refund is accepted. I furnished my bank account details for crediting the amount but the amount is not credited.

I request to direct the shopclues.com to credit the amount in my account.
