This is my second complain to the same company. I ordered the product (order number 16531355) on 12th July. Today is 20th July and I haven’t received my product. It was promised to be delivered between 15-17th July. The shopclues company along with Ecom express courier company (tracking number 104329783) are sitting idle even though the parcel is at the delivery center since yesterday. There has been no update, it keeps displaying that the parcel is stuck at the delivery center. Anyway, this arrived so late as it was promised to be delivered by 17th at the latest. Now they are delaying it to the limits. I called the customer care and the Lady said they are having some issues with the courier company and it is better if I go and collect from them. What an easy way to avoid complains. If we can go and collect from the delivery center, why cant we go and buy it from a shop. Whats the point of online shopping. Its highly likely that they will say the consignee was not available when they update the website in the future. This is my last order from the website. I have had enough.
I am travelling in the following weeks so I wanted my mobile charger urgently. But the shopclues people have delayed it to the extent that I cannot charge my mobile phone when i wanted it the most. This has led to significant trauma and mental stress.
