I ordered one 16gb strontium pendrive from shopclues on 2nd july 2013 (Order id-4825421)…according to them they shipped it on 4th july by dtdc(tracking awb no.- Z01229364) but this tracking number was invalid as I tried to track it on dtdc website and also contacted dtdc delhi and Bangalore offices…usually it takes only 2 days for any shipment to reach Bangalore from delhi but it has been more than 10 days now… I contacted seller regarding this,they told me to contact shopclues..i wrote many emails regarding my issues to shopclues and they registered my complaint with ticket no.- 344018.But they never replied me related to my query and only reply I got was that it has been sent via dtdc awb no. Z01229364… I started calling shopclues on customer care number but they never received my call..only once they told that it has been forwarded to concern department…I already spent around Rs.70-80 on the phone calls and didn’t get any proper response.
I want refund for the product and expenditures(phone calls) involved from my sides.
