I have purchase one mobile on shopclues. and it is not working and not give warranty guaranty and defect piece. So i am returen this phone with refund. and after they give me refund has been initiated mail. and after some days i haven’t credit money on my account. and i call on shop clues’s customer care. and they are saying your refund request reject and we give you return product. and then they are automatically genereted order and send me you mobile on shipping you get soon. and they give me the old phone. so please help me this this is repaire phone. i have paid 35k for this phone. so please help me sir/madam. what i do now?

i want refund with intrest . i have already paid intrest in my credit card account.
